All products sold through Small Business Tips are digital products, including ebooks, digital guides, AI-powered tools, templates, and other downloadable or digitally delivered resources.

Digital Products

Because our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are generally final and non-refundable.

Once a digital product has been successfully delivered or access has been provided, we do not accept returns.

When We May Provide a Refund

We may consider a refund in the following situations:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

  • You paid successfully but did not receive access to the purchased product because of a technical problem on our side.

  • The purchased digital product is materially different from the product description due to an error on our part.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Download or Access Problems

If you cannot download or access your purchased product, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will first try to resolve the access or technical issue.

Abuse or Unauthorized Sharing

Refunds may not be provided where there is evidence of unauthorized copying, redistribution, sharing, resale, or other misuse of our digital products.
